Selling as a vendor?
Submit your own Food Vendor Application at least 3 days before the event.
If you are organizing an event
Submit the Food Event Application to the environmental department at least 30 days before your event. You are also responsible for making sure every participant has the Mobile and Temporary Guidelines.
If you are a vendor
Every vendor submits their own Food Vendor Application at least 3 days before the event. One application per vendor, not one per event.
Inspection
All events serving food are subject to inspection. Single-day events are inspected at the department’s discretion. All requirements must be in place before the inspector arrives. Plan on about 20 minutes per vendor.
