Our commitment
This website is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the technical standard required of Butler County Health Department under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act as implemented by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Conformance status
This section is filled in at launch with the actual audit result: the conformance claim, the date of the most recent evaluation, and the evaluation method (automated scan plus manual keyboard and screen reader testing).
Known exceptions
Every piece of content that does not yet conform is named here with the reason. At launch this section lists the PDF documents not yet remediated, grouped by category, with the count.
